kitchen, dining room and living.

• Knobs - antique metal
• Granite - Tropical Brown with waterfall edge
• Island Light - 2 Lite Island Fixture (Rockport)
• Fluorescent Undercabinet Lighting
• Tile - 4x4 Antique Gold mfg by Imolia Ceramica (Italy)
• Sink - Kindred "KSDCRU" 1 ½ SS undermount
• Faucet - Moen "Integra"
• Fireplace - Regency
• Appliances - Kenmore OTS microwave (black with SS appliances to follow)
• Flooring - 2 ¼" natural oak
